5th Annual State of the Market Conference The Path Forward in 2012 and Beyond
Thursday, June 28th, 2012 The New York Palace Over 200 executives will gather at The New York Palace Hotel on Thursday, June 28 for Youth, I.N.C.'s 5th Annual State of the Market Conference. This highly exclusive event is a forum for CEOs and board members to share topical ideas, network with one another, and take away practical information with direct application to the management of their businesses. The theme of this year's conference is The Path Forward in 2012 and Beyond.
David Rubenstein, Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Carlyle Group, will be featured as the Keynote Breakfast speaker followed by an interview with Paul Gigot, Editorial Page Editor and Vice President of the Wall Street Journal. Tony James, President & COO of Blackstone, will be featured as the Keynote Luncheon speaker. Additionally, the conference will host two panels, one focused on Leadership moderated by Robert Kaplan, Professor Harvard Business School and former Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs, and one on Alternative Investments moderated by John Waldron, Global Head of IBS/Client Coverage for the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs.

2011 State of the Market Conference Recap
On June 16, 2011, over 150 corporate executives gathered at the St. Regis New York for the 4th Annual State of the Market Conference. Highlights of the day included theNASDAQ OMX Keynote Breakfast featuring Michael Milken, Chairman, The Milken Institute, followed by a networking reception. The conference continued with a series of track sessions, where executives engaged in open dialogue on a number of pressing topics regarding The Future of Risk.
